We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Web Manager to oversee our online presence with regard to our website. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our website, optimizing content for search engines, creating new pages and content and driving traffic through various digital marketing channels. This role requires a blend of technical skills, graphic design, creativity, and analytical thinking to enhance user experience and maximize conversion rates.

Duties

1. Manage and maintain the company website using WordPress, ensuring it is user-friendly and up-to-date.
2. Implement SEO strategies using tools for keyword research and optimization to improve organic search rankings.
3. Oversee content creation, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and marketing goals.
4. Utilize Google Analytics or similar to track website performance, analyze data, and generate reports to inform decision-making.
5. Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing content.
6. Conduct A/B testing for landing pages and email marketing campaigns to enhance performance metrics.
7. Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience in web management or digital marketing with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
2. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and content management systems (CMS).
3. Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and other analytics platforms.
4. Strong knowledge of conversion optimization techniques and performance marketing strategies.
5. Experience in email marketing and marketing automation tools is preferred.
6. Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling content that drives engagement.
