Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support both personal and business needs with a focus on online publication management and data analysis. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, self-motivated, and capable of handling a variety of digital tasks with minimal supervision.


Key Responsibilities:


Online Publication & Content Management

  1. Manage and schedule blog posts, newsletters, and social media content
  2. Format and upload articles to websites or publishing platforms (e.g., WordPress, Medium, Substack)
  3. Proofread and edit written content for clarity, grammar, and SEO optimization
  4. Monitor engagement metrics and adjust publishing strategies as needed


Data Analysis & Reporting

  1. Collect and analyze performance data from digital platforms (social media, email campaigns, website traffic, etc.)
  2. Generate concise reports and actionable insights to support business decisions
  3. Track KPIs and make recommendations for content improvement


Administrative Support

  1. Manage calendars, appointments, and reminders
  2. Respond to emails and messages in a timely, professional manner
  3. Organize digital files, documents, and shared drives


Personal Assistance

  1. Assist with online research for personal or household needs
  2. Coordinate personal tasks such as scheduling appointments, ordering supplies, and booking services


Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role
  2. Strong knowledge of online publishing tools (e.g., WordPress, Mailchimp, Canva, Google Analytics)
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  5. Highly organized with attention to detail
  6. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment


Preferred Tools & Platforms:

  1. Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
  2. WordPress or similar CMS
  3. Social media schedulers (e.g., Buffer, Later, Hootsuite)
  4. Email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, ConvertKit)
  5. Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights)
