Position: Outbound Sales Consultant – Small Business Group (SBG)

Location: 100% Remote

Compensation: $20–$22/hr

Contract: 6 months with potential for permanent conversion

🔹 Training Details:

1. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Mountain Time (MT)
2. Duration: 5 weeks (includes Training & Nesting period)

🔹 Post-Training Work Schedule:

1. Shifts available between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Mountain Time (MT)

💼 What You'll Do:

1. Engage with small business prospects who reach out for support or information about QuickBooks products
2. Understand customer operations, challenges, and goals to offer tailored Client solutions
3. Provide a consultative sales experience with a focus on long-term success, not one-call closes
4. Promote and represent Client’s values: Real, Smart, Honest, Committed, and Spirited
5. Consistently meet and exceed productivity and sales metrics
6. Collaborate with Field Leaders and Sales teams to ensure engagement and success

🧩 What We’re Looking For:

1. A natural conversationalist who connects easily with others
2. Previous experience in sales, business consulting, or customer engagement
3. Proficient in selling through influence rather than pressure
4. Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills
5. Ability to pivot and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
6. Tech-savvy with working knowledge of tools like MS Office Suite and G-Workspace
7. Previous exposure to small business operations, accounting firms, or B2B sales a plus
8. Self-driven, emotionally intelligent, and motivated by growth and learning
9. Comfortable working from home and open to potential future transition to a hybrid/onsite setup
