Role Description:

We are seeking a highly organized, detailed, and proactive Client Services Associate to support our client success team in delivering best-in-class service. This role is ideal for someone who excels at communication and enjoys working across departments to ensure campaign excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare client-facing materials (reports, decks, presentations) using Google Workspace and
2. 
   

Microsoft Office.

1. Collaborate with CSMs on performance check-ins, providing insights and optimization support.
2. Monitor campaign performance and assist with data-driven adjustments to meet client goals.
3. Draft and manage client communications including agendas, recap notes, and ongoing updates.
4. Assist as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
5. Ensure all campaign and operational tasks are completed both accurately and timely.

Skills / Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with both internal and

external teams.

1. Exceptional organization, time management, and attention to detail.
2. Proficiency in Google Drive Suite and Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
3. Experience in advertising or performance marketing is a plus.
4. Analytical self-starter with a solutions-oriented mindset and comfort navigating ambiguity.
