This role is primarily focused on hands-on coding (70%) with the remaining 30% dedicated to cross-functional collaboration with product managers, QA, and fellow engineers. You’ll break down product goals into user stories, develop new features, and play a key role in the evolution of our AI capabilities—including the development of intelligent agents that can perform programmatic actions autonomously.

Key Responsibilities

1. Write and maintain high-quality code, primarily in React (Single Page Applications).
2. Collaborate with product, QA, and fellow engineers to define project goals, break down features, and ensure timely delivery.
3. Help design, build, and evolve agentic AI functionality within the platform.
4. Participate in code reviews, technical planning, and design discussions.
5. Build scalable, user-focused solutions that align with business needs and customer expectations.
6. Support feature testing, debugging, and delivery to ensure platform reliability.

Must-Have Qualifications

1. Strong experience with React and front-end architecture (especially Single Page Applications)
2. OR
3. Hands-on experience with Agentic AI (e.g., building intelligent agents or large language model applications)
4. Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile or fast-paced environment
5. Ability to break down broad product goals into well-defined user stories and technical tasks
6. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

1. Background in building AI-driven features or tools (e.g., LLM integrations, AI agents)
2. Familiarity with modern cloud infrastructure and backend development
3. Experience in health tech, dental software, or workflow platforms
4. Familiarity with testing frameworks and CI/CD practices
