  6. Help architect frontend-backend communication and optimize performance
  7. Contribute to internal tooling and reusable libraries

  3. Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript
  4. Solid understanding of component-based architecture, observables, and RxJS
  5. Ability to work full stack across client, server, and database layers
  6. Strong grasp of modular monorepo patternsstate management, and dependency injection
  7. Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
  8. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment
  9. U.S.-based only

Nice-to-Haves:

  1. Experience with ReactIonic, and Capacitor
  2. Familiarity with mobile app deployment via Capacitor
  3. Knowledge of PostgreSQL or Firestore
  4. UI/UX sensitivity and an eye for clean design
  5. Experience working on healthcare or HIPAA-compliant apps

What We Offer:

  1. Remote-first team culture built on trust and autonomy
  2. Competitive compensation and equity
  3. A fast-moving product environment with minimal red tape
  4. Opportunity to ship features that directly impact patient care
  5. Flexibility to prototype and own your solutions end-to-end
