Senior Site Reliability / DevSecOps Engineer | $175K–$200K | 100% Remote | US Citizens/Green Card Holders Only

I'm looking for a Senior Site Reliability / DevSecOps Engineer who knows what it takes to build secure, scalable, and resilient systems - someone who thrives where development, security, and operations intersect.

Only Senior SRE's who can clearly demonstrate they are security focussed and minded will be contacted.

This is a role for someone who sees infrastructure as a product, and holds security at the forefront of their decision making process.

What you'll be doing:

1. Designing and maintaining scalable, secure infrastructure in AWS using Terraform
2. Building robust CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments
3. Monitoring and improving performance and availability across environments
4. Troubleshooting incidents and driving root cause analysis
5. Working with engineering teams to bake in reliability from day one
6. Automating manual workflows and mentoring teammates along the way
7. Participating in on-call rotation (weekends and holidays may be included)

What I'm looking for:

1. 5+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, DevSecOps, or DevOps roles
2. Deep experience with AWS (GCP/Azure nice to have), plus 3+ years with Kubernetes
3. Strong Terraform/IaC and CI/CD background
4. Solid scripting in Bash and Python
5. Experience with monitoring/logging stacks (e.g., ELK, Prometheus, Grafana)
6. Understanding of secure environments and compliance (ISO, SOC2, etc.)
7. US Citizen or Green Card holder (this is non-negotiable)
