Title: React/React Native Developer

Location: Remote

Rate: $55/hr

Note: This is a contract on W2. THIS IS NOT OPEN TO C2C.

Our client is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer for a contract position to support mobile and web development efforts. This role requires deep expertise in React, React Native, with a focus on delivering high-quality, customer-facing applications. You'll operate in a Kanban environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship meaningful product improvements.

Responsibilities

1. Deliver full stack solutions across web and mobile platforms supporting US applications
2. Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and well-tested features
3. Partner with product and design to define and execute technical solutions
4. Lead code reviews and uphold engineering best practices
5. Own technical documentation and reduce tech debt
6. Quickly triage and resolve production issues
7. Optionally leverage GenAI tools to accelerate development
8. Apply software development best practices including coding standards, peer reviews, source control, CI/CD processes, testing, and operational readiness

Requirements

1. 7-10 years of professional software development experience
2. Proficient: React, React Native
3. Preferred: GoLang
4. Familiar: AWS, GitLab Pipelines, DevOps best practices
5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced Kanban environment
6. Strong communicator with the ability to work across teams
7. Solid understanding of software architecture and development fundamentals
8. Relevant Computer Science or IT related qualifications
