A multi-billion dollar AUM, global, multi-manager hedge fund are looking to hire a trade support professional into its New York City office.

The role combines operations (oversight of what is outsourced), trader assistant (on desk tasks) and project management / tech (50% of the role) responsibilities - the hire will become an advanced user of SQL, Python and VBA once fully developed in this role. Team members have, over the past 24 months, moved internally into investment analyst, trading and treasury roles, another has transferred to the firm’s Asia office and a previous analyst now manages the New York trade support team.

Candidates should have 2-5yrs relevant operations/trade support/MO/TA experience, excellent academics (good schools, high GPA) and advanced tech skills.

Trade support team members earn roughly a $225-350k total comp package (new joiners can be offered a minimum guarantee within this range) – top performers can expect to earn a TC beginning with a ‘3’ - for a top performer, this is quite possibly the best paid analyst level trade support role in NYC.
