Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sr Frontend Developer to join our team and lead the development of web applications using Angular. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of front-end technologies and importantly older and new versions of angular ie Ang 9 and then ideally up to version 19

Responsibilities:

1. Sr development of web applications using Angular and ensure that high-quality software is delivered on time and within budget.
2. Collaborate with UX designers to ensure that web applications are user-friendly and meet the needs of end-users.
3. Use scenario-based design patterns to develop reusable Angular libraries that can be used across multiple applications.
4. Follow Agile and Scrum methodologies to manage the software development lifecycle (SDLC) from requirement analysis to implementation and maintenance.
5. Use Jasmine and/or Karma testing frameworks to ensure that web applications are tested thoroughly and meet quality standards.
6. Use version control tools like GitHub (GIT), TFS, etc. to manage source code and ensure that changes are properly tracked.
7. Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure that the team is cohesive and productive.

Requirements:

6. Experience with all phases of SDLC like Requirement Analysis, Implementation and Maintenance, and extensive experience with Agile and SCRUM.
7. Experience with front-end development with back-end system integration.
8. Experience in using Jasmine and/or Karma testing frameworks.
9. Experience in working on version controller tools like GitHub (GIT), TFS, etc.
10. Excellent communication and Inter-Personal Skills, well organized, goal oriented.
11. Able to put themselves in the shoes of the end-users to ensure that web applications are user-friendly and meet their needs.
12. Not afraid to ask questions and genuinely interested in not only WHAT they are building but WHY they are building it.

Intake Notes

1. Is familiar with older and newer versions of Angular – there is some REALLY old technology in their environment (Angular 9) and will be moving to Angular 19 soon
