The West YMCA is looking for an energetic, change minded leader to coordinate all aspects of our Sports Programs. This position is responsible for growing programs and program enrollments. A key part of this role will also be to develop relationships with area School District Athletic Directors and Coaches to help support overall Youth Sports growth and development in Dane County. Responsible to recruit and retain Sports Department Staff.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Familiar with the Madison and greater Dane County market.
• Have previous supervisory experience, in athletic or sports administration preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Well developed time management skills and ability to work independently.
• Passion for excellent customer service.
• 5+ years experience preferred.
