Responsibilities
- Lead Campaign Execution: Own social media campaigns end-to-end, coordinating timelines, creative workflows, and asset delivery.
- Drive Cross-Team Alignment: Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure content supports business goals.
- Create Engaging Content: Design, produce, and edit videos, graphics, and animations; repurpose assets to scale content across multiple platforms.
- Be a Trendsetter: Monitor social media trends and audience behavior, pitching innovative storytelling formats to enhance campaigns.
- Optimize for Results: Track and analyze content performance; identify underperforming assets and implement improvements to drive engagement and conversions.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience creating social media content for brands, preferably in B2B tech, SaaS, or cybersecurity
- Proven ability to produce high-performing content across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit)
- Advanced skills with creative software and AI tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Opus, or similar)
- Experience managing campaigns from kickoff to publishing, including multiple stakeholders and content formats
- Strong ability to translate briefs, brand guidelines, and messaging into compelling visual and video assets
- Familiarity with social media management platforms (e.g., Sprout, Hootsuite) and basic performance analysis
- Excellent storytelling skills and awareness of trends that resonate with technical and non-technical audiences
