We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging content tailored to each platform, including graphics, videos, and written posts that align with our brand voice.
- Utilize tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Adobe Creative Suite for scheduling posts and managing campaigns.
- Conduct SEO and keyword research to enhance visibility and engagement of social media content.
- Monitor social media channels for trends using social listening techniques to inform content creation.
- Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage public relations efforts through effective communication with followers and influencers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on branding initiatives and e-commerce strategies.
- Oversee community management by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Proofread all content for accuracy and alignment with brand standards before publication.
- Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, photography, video editing, graphic design, and relationship management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, video editing software, and graphic design principles.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing strategies including Facebook Advertising.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track performance metrics.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
- Experience in public relations or relationship management is a plus.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms is beneficial.
