We are currently seeking a SEO Specialist to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

This is an SEO Specialist position. It is part of the Marketing department at NTT DATA Services. Candidates for this position should have a strong understanding of SEO trends, best practices, content optimization and the underlying technical foundation that supports SEO with proven experience in achieving measurable SEO improvements. Three+ years of experience in search engine optimization as part of a marketing team, digital agency or SEO platform vendor. A Universtiy degree in  marketing, analysis or related field; or equivalent combination of education and work experience is preferred.

In these roles you will be responsible for:

• Identify, create and manage SEO tactics in support of our marketing goals
• Perform ongoing keyword research, including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities
• Research and collaborate to implement SEO content optimization recommendations
• Collaborate with out IT partners to recommend and implement technical SEO changes and to ensure that SEO best practices are incorporated into any new website code
• Work with editorial and content teams to drive SEO in content creation, including creation of new processes, training and documentation
• Recommend changes to website architecture, linking and other factors that can position us for success with our target keywords
• Collaboration with advertising to leverage SEO in support of SEM
• Use SEO tools to perform site audits on a regular basis and execute tasks for identified issues or opportunities for improvement
• Prepare scheduled and ad hoc analysis and reports for marketing stakeholders
• Educate the marketing team on SEO best practices to improve the quality of content submitted for the website

This position requires:

• In-depth experience with SEO platforms/tools
• Experience with website analytics tools
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Working knowledge of HTML and enterprise content management systems
• Good understanding of project management principles and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in an agile environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Optional Skills (nice to have):

• Experience with the BrightEdge platform is strongly preferred
• Experience with Google tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console) is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Sitecore CMS is preferred
• Experience with agile methodology
• Experience with project intake and work management tools like JIRA or Workfront
