Our client is a fast-moving, well-funded crypto wealth platform backed by top investors with $2.5M+ in seed funding. They've launched audited products and are scaling rapidly to simplify digital asset investing for everyone.

They are hiring a Lead Engineer to join them:

Role:

1. Own and scale the entire technical stack—smart contracts, backend, frontend
2. Architect chain-agnostic systems (EVM, SVM, etc.)
3. Develop secure, production-grade contracts in Solidity and/or Rust
4. DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes
5. Hire and mentor a high-performance engineering team
6. Fast-paced startup environment

Essential Skills:

1. Strong experience in Solidity or Rust
2. Background building DeFi or TradFi systems
3. Full-stack engineering + DevOps chops
4. High-agency, founder-mindset

Bonus Skills:

1. Founding engineer or prior startup experience
2. Background in quant finance, HFT, or other math-heavy systems
3. Contributions to DeFi protocols or crypto tooling
4. Fluency in Rust, Solidity, C+, or Python

Compensation:

$150k base + meaningful equity

(Location: NYC or remote with flexibility for the founder to join you elsewhere)
