The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of strong, visual materials across all of Pinkerton's global marketing channels.This position will have a hybrid work schedule (in office/remote) located in Ann Arbor, MI.
Essential Functions:
- Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
- Serve as a brand ambassador to ensure Pinkerton's identity is appropriately represented on all collateral.
- Partner with the Head of Creative to develop and maintain long-term brand continuity and strong compositions.
- Collaborate within the Marketing team, field employees, and external agencies to create consistency in deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects with high-volume deliverables.
- Design reports and templates that support Pinkerton's brand.
- Assist the Sales and Operations team in the creation of internal and external PowerPoint presentations.
- All other duties, as assigned.
Education, Experience, and Certifications:
A Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related role with 6+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform daily functions. Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Experience in Adobe AfterEffects and Asana preferred but not required.
