We are currently expanding our suite of interactive, SCORM-compliant travel training modules covering countries and regions worldwide, and we need a creative, organized SCORM Content Creator to help bring this to life.

About the Role

You will:

1. Transform written travel safety briefings and training outlines into engaging, SCORM-compliant e-learning modules
2. Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate complex safety, health, cultural, and security topics into clear, user-friendly digital content
3. Design interactive quizzes, knowledge checks, and activities that improve retention and learner engagement
4. Ensure all modules meet technical standards for integration into Learning Management Systems (LMS)
5. Collaborate with graphic designers or media teams (if available) to enhance visual and multimedia elements
6. Perform QA testing on modules to ensure functionality, accuracy, and responsiveness across devices

What We Are Looking For

Required Skills and Experience

1. Proven experience developing SCORM-compliant e-learning content
2. Familiarity with tools like Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, or similar
3. Strong understanding of instructional design principles, especially for adult learners
4. Ability to break down complex topics into clear, structured training materials
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
6. Excellent written English and clear communication skills

Bonus (Not Required, but Preferred)

1. Experience creating global or international training
2. Familiarity with travel safety, security, medical, or cultural topics
3. Graphic design, animation, or multimedia editing skills
4. Familiarity with LMS platforms like Moodle, Blackboard, or Canvas
