Title: Report Writer

Location: 100% Remote (Must work EST hours)

Hours: 20 - hours per week

Pay: Flexible & Negotiable

Duration: 3 - 6 Month Contract

Overview:

Our client is seeking report writers/scribes to produce clean, structured documentation based on internal inputs. Contractors will receive the necessary inputs from our software, and will be responsible for drafting professional reports. Use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) is allowed to assist with drafting, but the final output must be reviewed and finalized by the writer.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Interpret structured input fields and produce polished reports
2. Use templates and internal formatting standards
3. Optionally use AI tools to assist with drafts
4. Finalize documents for clarity, tone, and accuracy
5. Incorporate internal feedback and deliver work on time

Required Qualifications:

1. U.S.-based and eligible for 1099 status
2. Excellent writing and editing skills
3. Able to follow formatting guidelines and structured SOPs
4. Must be able to sign an NDA
5. Strong attention to detail and consistency

Preferred Experience:

1. Experience in internal communications, documentation, report generation, or operational summaries
2. Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, or Notion AI
3. Background in business writing, legal research, case study work, or technical documentation
