We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated Administrative Assistant to support our property listings, tenant inquiries, and document handling. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a remote work environment and enjoys balancing administrative tasks with customer communication.
Responsibilities
- Respond to rental inquiries via email, phone, and social media platforms (especially Facebook Marketplace)
- Post and manage rental listings on various platforms including Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace
- Assist with lease preparation, digital file management, and application tracking
- Organize and maintain digital documentation (IDs, pay stubs, references, etc.)
- Track activity and performance of listings
- Coordinate property showings and support scheduling
- Report weekly task summaries and listing performance
Requirements
- 2+ years of administrative or customer service experience
- Must have reliable internet, computer, and smartphone access
- Proficiency with Google Drive, Gmail, and spreadsheets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Facebook Marketplace and Craigslist posting
- Experience in real estate or rental coordination is a plus
- Highly organized and self-motivated
