Greenville Auto Acceptance is the "in house" finance company for Family Auto of Greenville. We are seeking an individual to work full time with us. It is a day job with the weekdays opening 9 am to 6 pm, and Saturdays being open 10 am to 5 pm. The essential role is to be the primary "go to" person for the customers assigned to you, and to assist them with any needs they may have concerning their auto loan.

Responsibilities and Duties

The full time Account Manager & Customer Service agent's purpose is to assist customers with their needs regarding their auto loans, starting from preparing loan contracts and closing their loans to assisting with repairs and helping them to pay off their account. This will primarily involve helping them to keep their accounts up to date through collections practices, including calling on the phone consistently, texting, emailing, and reaching out through social media. Other duties may include answering phones, communicating with repair facilities, rental companies, and towing companies, scanning and filing, maintaining insurance documents, loan underwriting, preparation of loan documents, customer interviews, field chasing, and assisting in the general day to day operations.

Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for candidates with previous collections experience such as in auto loans, title loans, check cashing, or any other collections field. The candidate must have experience workng in an office or call center environment. Even if you don't know all the duties and responsibilities in the job description, we hope to teach you as much as possible on a daily basis so that you can take and use the skills you learn here and apply them not only to your life today, but in your future careers and endeavours.

Compensation

Your initial compensation will be based on your previous experience. Our goal will be to train you well enough to be earning at least $15 an hour within your first 90 days regardless of your starting pay. We do also offer regular bonus incentives in addition to your standard pay.
