Inunity seeks a product manager to join our stellar, growing team. You’ll work closely with the chief product officer, product designers, engineers, and other product managers to help organize, plan, and implement the product roadmap for Textedly, textedly.com.

The ideal product manager for Textedly plays a pivotal role in our success, bringing broad experience from companies that create web and mobile software products. This experience should translate into a deep understanding of our users, a commitment to achieving metric goals, and a passion for delivering exceptional product results. As a product manager, you will be instrumental in researching, planning, testing, and supporting Textedly's future. Textedly is a growing SMS business-texting platform serving over ten thousand small and medium-sized businesses in the United States.

What you’ll do:

• Research the market landscape and customer base to explore new product features
• Write specs for new features and changes to the application
• Work quickly to drive adoption metrics
• Document support articles for new feature releases
• Co-manage the roadmap and release schedule
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure stellar customer experiences
• Talk with, interview, and text with customers
• Become the subject matter expert for all things Textedly
• Understand the ins and outs of telecom compliance and regulation
• Oversee the QA of product releases

What you’ll bring:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• User-focused empathy and passion
• An interactive mindset with a bias for action and improvement
• Willingness to follow the data but also explore new ideas
• Understanding of key product metrics and their effect on the business
• Articulate presentation skills with a knack for normalizing problems

Desired Requirements

• 2+ years of product management experience
• Examples of specs, writing, and presentations
• A background in working with web software (SaaS)
• Ability to think creatively and analytically
