Logistics Insurance and Claims is seeking an experienced Program Manager to own our roadmap planning process, liaise with our internal and third-party (3P) partners, and support the automation of cumbersome workflows. At Logistics Insurance and Claims, our mission is simple: create and optimize business critical insurance programs for Amazon’s Last and Middle Mile logistics networks globally. We do this by creating insurance programs that protect and support the ecosystem of entrepreneurs and business owners who partner with Amazon to improve delivery flexibility, speed and reliability for our customers. We measure our success through the improvement in the financial and operational insurance and claims metrics and the impact we deliver for community members’ businesses.
Key job responsibilities
In this role, you will define, own, and drive program workflows that reduce the manual work of core team members. You will leverage high-judgement in determining risks, trade-offs, opportunity cost, and benefits in prioritizing work for our 3P and internal partners.
