The primary function of this position is to review the viability of opportunities by defining a client’s need for insurance, the scope of and objectives for engaging clients, and our company's ability to accomplish the scope and objectives of sales. The Personal Lines Marketing Specialist must provide prompt, accurate, professional proposals and insurance renewal reviews to our customers, producers and company personnel in order to maintain and grow our personal lines book of business. Candidates must follow Personal Insurance marketing workflows and procedures as defined by the department.

Principal Responsibilities

1. Work proactively to remarket policies for Producers and Account Managers while marketing new lines for existing customers.
2. Provide assistance and counsel on personal lines matters to Sales Executives and Account Managers. Meet daily marketing needs of customers.
3. Evaluate prospect’s current insurance program and offer alternatives based on coverage and price for producers and ‘House” Accounts. Present offer/proposal and finalize sale.
4. Perform high-level prequalification of prospect by acquiring account information needed for PL Rating.
