Harmoney Agency is a fast-growing digital marketing agency, working across diverse industries including e-commerce, technology, and services. We are looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Manager to lead data-driven advertising campaigns and drive measurable growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan, launch, and optimize paid digital campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) across multiple industries.
2. Manage campaign budgets and performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and ROI.
3. Lead and support a team of media executives/freelancers to ensure effective execution.
4. Collaborate closely with content and design teams to develop compelling creatives.
5. Analyze campaign data, create performance reports, and make data-informed decisions.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital advertising.

Requirements

1. At least 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (agency experience preferred).
2. Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and tracking tools such as Google Analytics, GTM, etc.
3. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
4. Experience managing advertising budgets of 500M VND/month or more is a strong plus.
5. Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
