What you will be doing:
- Develop and execute partner strategy and annual marketing calendar
- Responsible for building PCNA brand recognition through promotional industry association websites, search aggregators, and associated advertising and awareness opportunities
- Key PCNA marketing contact for third party industry associations
- Work with association partners to identify and qualify opportunities, monitor placements, evaluate performance, and provide recommendations
- Owner of the PluggedIn program for PCNA, providing top-tier customers with education, insights, and selling tools to support current lifestyle, social, and business trends
- Develop comprehensive engagement plans and campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and demand
- Create pre- and post-event messaging campaigns and develop content to drive thought leadership and trade show efforts
- Develop strategy, customer journey, and execute tactics of trade shows and events including webinars
- Communicate campaign vision and lead buy-in from key internal stakeholders including product development, channel managers, and marketing leadership.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing Manager to ensure positioning high volume items to drive growth
- Collaborate with omnichannel team to optimize campaign components including digital, display, email, social, etc.
- Monitor competitive position and messaging to ensure best in class representation for PCNA
- Create measurement plans for initiatives, review data, and provide analysis and direction to track performance of actions and pivot as needed
- Manage asset update/refresh as needed to facilitate pricing updates, new product launches, clearance, and discontinued products
- Work closely with Program Manager and Marketing Manager on content and program development
- Collaborate with Marketing Operations team to drive lead generation

Minimum Requirements
- BS/BA in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of marketing experience with a focus on marketing strategy and communications or related
- Minimum 2 years of experience as trade show coordinator, event manager, or equivalent experience
- Experience in the promotional products industry a plus
