**Job Overview:**

We are seeking experienced detail-oriented Mortgage Processor to join our team. The Mortgage Processor will be responsible for reviewing and verifying mortgage loan applications to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

**Responsibilities:**

-Experienced Processor

- Review loan applications for completeness and accuracy

- Verify applicant information including employment, income, credit history, and assets

- Ensure all required documentation is included in the loan file

- Communicate with loan officers, underwriters, and borrowers to clear conditions

- Submit mortgage loan files to underwriting for approval

- Coordinate loan closings with title companies and attorneys

- Adhere to Fair Housing regulations and internal policies

**Experience:**

- Previous experience in mortgage processing or related financial services

- Knowledge of mortgage servicing, loan processing, and loan origination

- Familiarity with underwriting, credit analysis, and contract review

- Experience working with banks or financial institutions is a plus
