Mechanical Designer - Los Angeles, CA

Team member will work closely with project managers, lead engineers, and clients on the mechanical (HVAC and Plumbing) portion of projects to:

• Assist lead engineer in the preparation of mechanical designs and project deliverables
• Remain responsive
• Exceed client expectations
• Meet multi-disciplinary objectives
• Adhere to project budget and schedule requirements
• Provide support during the construction administration phase

Minimum Requirements:

• Mechanical systems design experience, including the production of project deliverables
• Proficient in Autodesk AutoCAD
• Proficient in Revit BIM software
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software suite (Outlook, Word, Etc.)
• Strong desire to work with team members and maintain client relationships
• Ability to conduct site investigations

Preferred:

• Interest in sustainable design practices and developing the firm’s sustainable marketability
• Participate in efforts to support an innovative and forward-thinking work environment
