Job Description:


The Marketing & Trade Show Coordinator position is a critical role within the Marketing department, responsible for leading in organizing and delivering on all Trade Shows and events. This role is designed to support in the execution of all event planning logistics, including marketing, cost control and budgeting, reporting and ROI, in alignment with the departmental and sales goals.


Duties & Responsibilities


Event Planning & Logistics

  1. Manage calendar of events in alignment with sales and business goals.
  2. Develop and execute against a timeline of deliverables for all shows.
  3. Keep all stakeholders informed and coordinate show attendance and planning with sales, product and marketing teams.
  4. Coordinate all aspects of Trade Show logistics, including registration for venue and attendees, show passes and shipping for product samples and displays.


Budgeting & Reporting

  1. Support in the management of the Trade Show / marketing budget
  2. Track expenses and manage payments, supporting in the overall maintenance of financial records.
  3. Document and report on all Trade Shows, determining total show costs and return, and using analytics to further future Show improvements.
  4. Lead generation and nurturing


Marketing

  1. Work with the graphic design team on creating promotional materials, advertisements, social media campaigns and emails.
  2. Manage all marketing materials, including swag, displays, banners. Keeping a detailed log of inventory and condition.
  3. Upholding branding, messaging and visual brand language.


On-Site Execution

  1. Oversee setup, and ensure booths, displays, product etc. Are properly arranged.
  2. Troubleshoot issues related to logistics, concerns or technical problems.
  3. Monitor attendee engagement with real time feedback and pre- and post-show emails and communications.


Education:


  1. Bachelor’s Degree or diploma in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field.
  2. 3 years of experience in an event management role in B2B and B2C.


Skills and Abilities:


  1. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different target audiences.
  2. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including email marketing software, content management systems (CMS), customer relationship management software (CRM), social media management tools, and analytics platforms.
  3. Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  4. In-depth knowledge of social media advertising, content marketing, and lead generation strategies.


Working Conditions:

  3. 30% travel within the United States is required
