Position Title: Outside Sales Rep / New Business Development
Department: Sales
Reports to: VP of Sales
Employment Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Position Summary
This role focuses on generating new revenue by building customer relationships, driving sales growth, and acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate will develop leads, meet sales targets, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business through outbound sales efforts and lead generation.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales revenue targets.
- Create and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers.
- Conduct customer visits, presentations, and identify new product applications.
- Track all customer interactions in HubSpot (CRM).
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: B.S./B.A. in Sales, Business, or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in outside sales (brewery sales experience a plus).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in HubSpot (or other CRM), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Sales Skills: Strong B2B sales experience, lead generation, and relationship-building.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication (written & verbal), teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, high-energy, and able to work independently.
