We’re looking for a dynamic individual to lead content creation across our social media platforms (with 30K followers) and email marketing campaigns (104K subscribers). Your role will be key in boosting engagement, click-through rates, and conversions, using a combination of creativity and data-driven decisions. You’ll be a proven expert with Meta Business Suite to schedule, manage, statistically analyze and optimize posts, while capturing stunning images—whether it's a product shot at one of our stores or a fun reel from a local run. By continuously improving our content, you’ll build a strong one-to-one relationship with our customers at our Grivet Outdoors stores in Memphis, Bink's Outfitters in Nashville, and with our GrivetOutdoors.com customers nationwide. Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Management

1. Capture high-quality product photos, event images, and in-store moments for use across multiple marketing channels.
2. Develop content that resonates with our audience and boosts engagement.

Social Media Management

1. Oversee all aspects of social media, from content creation and scheduling to audience engagement.
2. Stay current with social media trends and create targeted, effective advertising strategies for different audiences.

Advertising & Partnerships

1. Manage co-op advertising campaigns with brand partners, coordinating across Facebook ads, social media, email, and direct mail.
2. Use ad performance data to optimize strategies and increase ROAS.
3. Partner with local creators to generate authentic user-generated content (UGC).
4. Analyze and incorporate UGC into marketing strategies.

Signage & Visual Merchandising

1. Design and produce in-store signage for sales, events, and displays, ensuring brand consistency and visibility.

Digital Campaign Strategy

1. Plan, execute, and monitor Facebook ad campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
2. Design ads, store signage, and promotional materials using Canva and Photoshop.
3. Write compelling ad copy for social media, email campaigns, and other digital content.
4. Develop and execute email campaigns through Klaviyo.

Qualifications:

1. REQUIRED: Meta Business Suite expertise
2. REQUIRED: Photography and Content Creation Mastery
3. REQUIRED: Portfolio of your original content creation where you owned the full 360 process for Business Social Media content and Email Marketing content
4. Strong understanding of SEO principles and analytics tools.
5. Creative writing skills with a focus on engaging content creation.
6. Ability to conduct market research and analyze data effectively.
7. Experience managing marketing budgets is a plus, but not required.
8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
