Altec is currently looking for a Marketing Specialist in Birmingham, AL. The position reports to the Marketing Campaigns Manager and will coordinate and execute marketing projects that include promoting Altec products and services to prospects and customers while also supporting the needs of internal customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Coordinate, develop and maintain multichannel marketing campaigns in conjunction with Marketing Campaign team.
  • Create, monitor and optimize CPC campaigns via Google Ads & social media platforms
  • Develop, distribute and gather feedback on campaign reports with stakeholders
  • Manage paid advertising contracts and placements by coordinating creative design, tracking billing and gathering accurate proof of placement. (Print, mailer, billboard, radio, digital)
  • Monitor web analytics via Google Analytics in conjunction with broader Marketing team to establish effectiveness through KPI’s and conversions
  • Assist with research and development of new advertising platforms
  • Assist with creation of content and design across multiple channels
  • Provide feedback to the team to identify and correct areas that need improvement
  • All other duties as assigned

 

 

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Bachelor's Degree required; Marketing or Communications Degree preferred
  • Minimum two years applicable experience required
  • Microsoft Office Suite skills required
  • Current valid Driver’s License
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Google Certification (Search, Analytics, Display) preferred
  • Ability to develop relationships with peers to ensure teamwork within the Marketing area
  • Ability to vary language and tone of messages based on product and medium
