Our hospitality client is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join their corporate marketing team full time.

This is a full time direct hire role that requires being onsite in Atlanta Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving

campaigns to boost market share and demand for multiple hotel brands. You must have great analytical skills to perform well in this role. Ecommerce experience is very helpful for this role!

Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret data across multiple sources including Google Analytics, Ads, and Property Management system to identify trends and opportunities that could increase revenue
• Monitor functionality and content consistently across online channels including company websites, central reservation system, online travel agencies (Expedia, Booking.com), etc
• Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and the agency of record to develop strategies to improve channel performance (return on ad spend, guest lifetime value, conversion, etc.)
• Design and deploy promotional campaigns across property, web, social, email, and text platforms
• Develop monthly blog and social content calendars
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to maintain brand consistency and messaging
• Help manage and boost brand awareness through PR content and reputation channels
• Assist with call center and field training calls

Marketing Manager Requirements:

• BA or BS degree in Marketing, Advertising or similar field
• Minimum 4+ years working experience
• Certified in Google Analytics
• Experience using Google Ads, Moz, WordPress
• Ability to use Blueshift or related email automation platform
• Working experience with Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
• Must have strong PPC experience
