Title: Marketing Manager

Our client is a leading provider of high-quality building materials, serving residential, commercial, DIY and industrial markets. Comprised of a group of 5 companies and growing, they have histories ranging between 25 and 100 years in business and a strong reputation for quality USA made products. They are well funded and building leadership teams to execute on the roadmap for growth by the new CEO, who has a track record of successfully growing businesses.

Responsibilities:

1. Own the day-to-day marketing execution across multiple brands.
2. Manage external marketing and creative agencies and freelancers when required
3. Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to
4. Own the email marketing campaign strategy and execution.
5. Work closely with sales to ensure alignment of marketing strategies, promotions, and support new product launches.
6. Track performance metrics for marketing initiatives from campaign level to overall big picture, and make changes or recommendations where needed.
7. Own Social Media strategies, including content calendars, across all relevant platforms.
8. Build influencer and advocate communities aligned with customer segments

Ideal Candidate Profile:

1. 3+ Years' experience marketing for industrial products and/or consumer product categories.
2. Hands on experience managing email marketing platforms ensuring maximal use of available tools.
3. Experience with influencer marketing initiatives.
4. Strong analytical approach to overall marketing strategy.
