Marketing Manager

If you’re a hands-on marketer who wants to own strategy and execution end-to-end, this is a rare opportunity. This growing sales training and enablement business is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who can hit the ground running, partner closely with sales and client services, and turn great ideas into consistent, high‑impact campaigns. You’ll need to bring proven B2B marketing experience within life sciences/pharma or related healthcare services, and be ready to lead everything from content planning and digital campaigns to conference presence and day‑to‑day delivery.

If you want to take real ownership of marketing in a growing, entrepreneurial company, this is the place for you. This US‑based team is small, close‑knit, and evolving fast, and they now need a hands‑on Marketing Manager who can hit the ground running. You’ll be the driving force behind the marketing strategy and day‑to‑day execution, partnering closely with sales and client services—so you must bring solid B2B marketing experience within life sciences / pharma, healthcare training, or a closely related agency environment.

Here is more information on the business:

1. Pharma, biotech clients mainly but potentially expanding into med tech & med device soon
2. Mainly sales training, med affairs, commercial, promo med ed, market access etc - very creative business but still connected to the science
3. Blend cutting-edge tech as they are introducing AI with a lot of their clients, very forward thinking organisation
4. Innovative deliverables from e-learning modules to virtual reality simulations - anything from sales training/L&D to med affairs etc
5. Over 25 years' in business so stable organisation going into growth mode
6. Independent so not as much red tape and ability to push decisions through quicker
7. Based in NJ but they are fully remote so no issues on locations & future hiring plans

Salary is around $100-120k. Benefits include a good PTO, 401k and a health, dental & vision package. We can be flexible, potentially, for the right person.
