About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support our marketing team in content management, social media management, and various administrative tasks. This position will provide hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and operational support, offering a valuable opportunity to learn the ins and outs of brand management and marketing operations.
Responsibilities:
Content Management:
- Assist in the creation and curation of engaging content for social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s messaging and is consistent across all platforms.
- Support the marketing team in brainstorming creative ideas for campaigns and promotions.
Social Media Management:
- Help manage company social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and fostering engagement.
- Track and report on social media metrics to assess the performance of campaigns.
- Stay updated on social media trends and suggest new ideas for increasing engagement.
HubSpot Management:
- Assist in the cleanup and organization of contacts in HubSpot.
- Ensure accurate tagging, categorization, and removal of outdated or duplicate entries.
Sample Inventory Management:
- Monitor and manage marketing sample inventory, ensuring stock levels are accurate and samples are readily available.
- Coordinate reordering and distribution of samples to internal teams or clients as needed.
- Support key product launch mailings by assembling launch kits and other marketing resources as needed.
- Package and distribute marketing materials to sales and dealers as requested.
Website Cleanup:
- Assist with website maintenance, including adding thumbnails to the document library and ensuring images are correctly tagged to corresponding products.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure the website is up to date and visually appealing.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools.
- Experience or willingness to learn HubSpot, or other CRM systems.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
