We are looking for an experienced Marketing Director to join our team and help us create and execute successful marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare related to skilled nursing facilities and the ability to market for short and long term care residents. The ideal candidate will also have a strong understanding o fdigital marketing, social media, and email marketing. The successful candidate will also be able to work independently and collaboratively to manage multiple projects at once. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative individual who is passionate about marketing and eager to learn and grow in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze market trends and referral sources feedback.
• Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to increase and maintain census.
• Conduct research on competitors and industry trends.
• Manage the company's social media presence.
• Write copy for promotional materials, press releases, and website content.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure marketing initiatives are successful.
• Create reports on marketing performance metrics.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $56,465.00 - $64,400.00 per year
