We’re a luxury swimwear brand known for elevated, romantic designs and a strong DTC presence. We’re looking for an experienced email & SMS marketing specialist who can completely rebuild and optimize our Klaviyo and Attentive journeys to drive stronger engagement, retention, and conversions. You’ll be working directly with our CEO and Operations Manager to audit our existing automations and create new, high-performing flows that reflect our brand DNA- luxurious, feminine, and polished- while aligning with our customer journey and segmentation goals.

Scope of Work:

Klaviyo:

1. Audit all existing flows (welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandon, post-purchase, winback, VIP, etc.)
2. Rebuild from scratch with updated structure, copy, and design
3. Implement advanced segmentation and conditional splits based on customer behavior
4. Design new templates consistent with our branding and tone

Attentive:

1. Audit current SMS journeys
2. Create or refine automations (welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandon, post-purchase, birthday, VIP, etc.)
3. Ensure compliance (TCPA/CTIA)
4. Optimize message timing, tone, and CTA for click-through and conversion

Additional:

1. Create short reports on performance improvements post-launch
2. Recommend ongoing A/B testing strategies

Requirements:

1. Proven experience with Klaviyo and Attentive for Shopify brands (experience in fashion, swimwear, or luxury preferred)
2. Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write short, engaging, on-brand content
3. Understanding of data-driven segmentation and customer journey mapping
4. Ability to handle both strategy and implementation
5. Bonus: experience with Canva or Figma for light design work

Deliverables:

1. Full Klaviyo flow rebuild (8–10 core flows)
2. Full Attentive automation setup (4–6 key journeys)
3. Strategy, implementation, and launch testing
4. Optional: ongoing optimization support (monthly retainer available)

Budget:

Depends on experience and scope. (Please include examples of flows you’ve built for other Shopify brands.)
