Role Overview

Mint Source is hiring a Klaviyo Account Manager for a UK-based email marketing agency, to develop and execute email and SMS marketing strategies for multiple e-commerce brands. This role involves owning account strategy, managing end-to-end campaign execution, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in Klaviyo, proactive in performance optimization, and confident in client-facing communication.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Oversee, plan, and execute email and SMS marketing strategies for multiple e-commerce brands using Klaviyo, Postscript, or Attentive
2. Act as the primary client liaison, attending meetings, providing weekly reports, and addressing inquiries via Slack and email
3. Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and technical teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns
4. Optimize performance by analyzing key metrics including open rates, CTR, and revenue, and implementing data-driven improvements
5. Conduct A/B testing, segmentation, and automation to maximize engagement and conversions
6. Ensure all campaigns meet QA standards, including grammar, design consistency, compliance with CAN-SPAM/GDPR, and error-free execution
7. Work within structured project management workflows using ClickUp and Slack to track and manage tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

1. 3.5+ years of experience in e-commerce email and SMS marketing, with a strong focus on Klaviyo (certification preferred)
2. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously, ensuring high-quality execution across all accounts
3. Strong understanding of email and SMS automation, segmentation, and customer journey mapping
4. Proficiency in Klaviyo reporting, Figma for design reviews, and project management tools such as ClickUp and Slack
5. Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly in client-facing roles
6. Ability to proactively troubleshoot issues, suggest improvements, and drive results based on data analysis
7. Experience with Postscript, Attentive, and subscription platforms like Recharge or Bold is a plus
8. A structured and methodical approach, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Note: A portfolio demonstrating past email and SMS marketing work is not required but is strongly preferred.
