Support daily Human Resources activities and assist the HR team in coordinating Human Resources policies, processes, and relevant documents.
Detail orientated, results driven, computer literate, and bilingual (Spanish/English) required.
Schedule is 7am-7pm Wed/Thur/Fri, with a weekly attendance incentive of an additional 4 hours pay.
Responsibilities and duties include
- Assist with payroll and managing the time and attendance program.
- Learn, manage, and oversee all data entry regarding HR functions.
- Assist with personnel folder maintenance and filing – ensure all is kept correctly
- Assist with the disciplinary process for the company including advising on attendance problems and other issues as they arise.
- Assist with the employee benefit management, insurance enrollment, employee questions, and employee relations
- Assist with hours reports, data entry for reports and any reporting functions for HR.
- Maintain confidentiality with all HR matters and only communicate with necessary individuals on those issues.
- Assist with projects for the other plants as needed.
- Perform any and all other tasks as assigned.
