We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Head Registered Nurse for our Mobile IV Infusions company in Miami, FL. The Chief Head RN will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of the mobile IV infusions team, as well as providing hands-on patient care as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the clinical operations of the mobile IV infusions team
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the mobile IV therapy team
- Provide hands-on patient care and administer IV therapy to patients as needed
- Train and mentor nursing staff, ensuring high quality and safety standards
- Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering and restocking
- Build relationships with healthcare providers and referral sources to grow the business
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies
Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted RN license in the state(s) of practice
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a hospital or outpatient setting
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in a clinical setting
- Experience with IV therapy and knowledge of infusion devices
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hour
