About the Role

This newly created role is perfect for a strategic Growth Agency Partner Manager to drive success in digital marketing and SaaS. You’ll recruit, manage, and expand partnerships with SMB Digital Marketing Agencies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruit and manage SMB Digital Marketing Agency partners.
2. Drive joint go-to-market strategies and customer acquisition.
3. Develop training, enablement materials, and improve partner engagement.
4. Work cross-functionally to support customer success.
5. Analyze performance metrics to optimize strategies.

What You’ll Bring

1. 5+ years in partnerships/business development (SaaS or tech preferred).
2. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
3. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
4. Analytical mindset with a focus on growth and success.
5. Have knowledge of martech solutions and worked in the marketing agency ecosystem
