A call has gone out for a creative and culture-driven Community Manager to enhance social engagement for clients at Later. This part-time position focuses on developing platform-specific content and fostering genuine connections between brands and their audiences. The role requires expertise in managing social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube Shorts, along with a strong background in content creation and community engagement.
Responsibilities
- Create and publish social-first content tailored for various platforms.
- Oversee social content shoots from initial planning through to final edits.
- Interact with online communities and analyze performance metrics to refine strategies.
Requirements
- At least two to three years of experience in a Community Manager role or similar, ideally within a marketing or creative agency.
- Proficient in content creation, including both copywriting and visual storytelling.
- Familiarity with social media management tools like Later, Hootsuite, or Buffer is advantageous.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred.
Terms
- Compensation ranges from $25 to $40 USD per hour for a commitment of 25 hours per week.
