🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

1. Train and mentor franchise install teams on epoxy flooring best practices
2. Create and enforce SOPs to boost quality and efficiency
3. Conduct on-site quality checks across franchise locations
4. Support commercial sales with streamlined install workflows
5. Monitor and improve project COGS performance
