SYSPRO Americas is seeking a versatile and imaginative Creative Specialist to bring bold ideas to life across digital, print, and experiential platforms. This role is ideal for a creative powerhouse who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about crafting compelling visual stories that elevate brand presence and drive engagement.
This is a remote opportunity open to candidates across the Americas.
Preference will be given to candidates based in the Chicago area to facilitate occasional in-person collaboration and alignment with regional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Working closely with the SYSPRO Global Marketing Team, the Creative Specialist will support ongoing campaigns and initiatives across the Americas. Their creative expertise will help shape everything from digital assets to event experiences.
Graphic Design:
- Editorial design for brochures, eBooks, whitepapers, and event collateral
- PowerPoint and Word template creation and enhancement
- Email design and DAM management
Digital Marketing (HubSpot):
- Landing page creation and maintenance
- Email and form templates
Partner Marketing:
- Co-branded collateral development (Zinfi, etc.)
Tradeshows & Events:
- Concept development, branding, and booth design
- Promotional items, signage, and vendor coordination
Video Editing:
- Webinar packaging and basic promotional video creation
Tools the Creative Specialist Will Use
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- HubSpot
- Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Word)
- CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
- Basic HTML/CSS (a plus)
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Marketing, Digital Media, or related field
- Certifications in Adobe Creative Suite, UX/UI (Adobe XD), and motion graphics are a plus
Experience
- 3–5 years in a creative role, ideally within a corporate or brand team
- A strong portfolio showcasing brand-aligned visual content, digital assets, presentations, and video work
Soft Skills
- Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams
- Ability to interpret briefs and translate business goals into creative output
- Strong time management and adaptability
- Detail-oriented and organized
Bonus Experience
- Internal communications or employer branding
- Familiarity with corporate tone and brand guidelines
