The Cookware Company (USA), LLC is seeking a strategic and hands-on Brand & Category Manager to enhance go-to-market execution and cross-functional coordination within our growing Kitchen Electrics business. This person will be the central orchestrator of our launch plans, overseeing new product and brand introductions, as well as driving post-launch success in close collaboration with our licensee partner and internal teams.
This role spans product development alignment, creative direction, digital retail execution, and in-store readiness, and plays a key role in ongoing category growth. You'll act as the central connector between marketing, sales, product, creative, and our licensee partner, ensuring every touchpoint is delivered with consistency and excellence.
As Brand & Category Manager, you'll lead the full go-to-market process for this high-growth category, owning a licensee relationship, managing approvals and activations, ensuring product development timelines are met, and coordinating across functions to develop launch and growth-driving assets. You will drive a robust marketing calendar, support account-specific retail needs, and identify opportunities to accelerate sales post-launch.
This is a fully remote position, with travel required 1-4 times per year for in-person meetings in the NYC area.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & DUTIES
Category Strategy & Launch Management
- Own and drive the end-to-end launch of new kitchen electrics —from planning to execution.
- Act as the day-to-day lead for our licensee partner relationship, managing activations, marketing alignment, and brand approvals.
- Enhance and build new processes to help drive transparency and accountability between product development, marketing, and sales.
- Manage a detailed marketing calendar, ensuring timely delivery of creative, content, and retail assets.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure all elements of the launch are integrated, aligned, and delivered on time.
Creative & Marketing Development
- Guide the development of all brand materials, including photography, packaging, video, and digital content.
- Use audience data to shape messaging and visuals that resonate with our target customer.
- Partner with internal and external creative teams to maintain a cohesive and distinctive brand identity.
- Manage promotional calendars and campaign timelines for key accounts.
Digital + Retail Execution
- Ensure best-in-class presence across all digital retail platforms
- Oversee optimization of PDPs, A+ content, imagery, and brand store layouts to drive conversion and visibility.
- Monitor digital performance metrics and recommend updates based on insights and SEO best practices.
- Stay current on competitor activity and evolving trends to inform updates.
Category Growth & Innovation
- Serve as the internal marketing champion for the category, helping to shape its evolution and growth.
- Create processes for improved transparency around product development timelines for all departments.
- Foster and grow the relationship with our licensee to unlock new marketing and promotional opportunities.
- Continuously monitor the competitive landscape and trends to help influence the innovation pipeline
- Leverage data to assess opportunities and inform growth strategies across channels.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in marketing or related field.
- 5–8 years of brand marketing or brand management experience, ideally in consumer products or CPG.
- Proven track record of launching a brand or major product line across digital and retail environments.
- Experience working with licensed brands or partners strongly preferred.
- Deep familiarity with ecommerce marketing and performance optimization.
- Solid understanding of small appliance product development milestones.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders.
- Experience leading packaging, photography, and marketing content development.
- Strong communication skills and collaborative spirit.
