About the Role
As a Field Marketing Manager at ClearDATA, you will design and execute high-impact marketing programs that fuel pipeline generation, accelerate enterprise sales cycles, and elevate ClearDATA’s presence across the healthcare cloud and cybersecurity markets. You’ll operate at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships, creating experiences and campaigns that reach the right buyers, deepen engagement, and convert interest into revenue. This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on marketer who thrives in fast-paced GTM environments, with a strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles that engage prospects, customers and partners.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Build and execute regional and national field marketing plans aligned with revenue goals, ICP priorities, and ABM targets. Plan and run in-person events, conferences, partner activations, and webinars that engage priority accounts across the buyer journey.
- Event Execution: Lead end-to-end event management, promotions, vendor coordination, logistics, speaker prep, on-site execution, and follow-ups. Deliver a flawless attendee and customer experience at every touchpoint.
- Budget Management: Own event budgets, track performance KPIs, and continuously optimize spend toward the highest-ROI programs, and provide real-time reporting and insights to Sales and Marketing leadership.
- Pipeline Generation: Create measurable pipeline through event-driven lead generation, ABM engagement, and deal acceleration programs. Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure accurate lead capture, routing, follow-up, and attribution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with sales and CS on identifying key account priorities to develop targeted marketing events. Work with content marketing to plan and develop webinar and speaking content for internal and external ClearDATA SMEs. Develop co-marketing initiatives with cloud partners to expand reach and credibility.
- Market Intelligence: Provide insights from the field, including prospect insights, competitive intelligence, and market trends, to help shape sales, marketing, and product roadmap strategy.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in event marketing or partner marketing roles supporting enterprise sales teams.
- Expertise with end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of small to mid-size regional and industry events (In-person and virtual).
- Strong understanding of ABM strategy, integrated marketing campaigns, and demand generation tactics.
- Excellent organizational and execution skills; ability to manage multiple vendors, priorities, and stakeholders.
- Proficient in event management, CRM, and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, EventBrite, GoToWebinar, etc.).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to executives and cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Required Skills
- Marketing experience in Cloud, MSP, cybersecurity, or healthcare IT.
- Experience building and nurturing healthcare IT and/or cybersecurity professional communities through thought leadership, partnerships, or user engagement initiatives.
- Experience developing peer-to-peer programs, advisory councils, or user communities that enhance brand credibility and engagement.
Pay range and compensation package
Budgeted base pay: $135,000
