DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
¨ Supports sales group goals and business objectives through developing and creating marketing content across multiple digital/print channels.
¨ Create digital campaigns/newsletters, website, and Linkedin content that positions Radius Systems as industry thought leaders.
¨ Write clear, concise, and compelling technical copy for case studies, brochures, sell sheets, press releases, and trade show literature.
¨ Use graphic design skills in collaboration with the in-house graphic design department in creating digital and print marketing collateral.
¨ Assist in developing and assembling sales presentation documents and technical proposals.
¨ Organize and maintain sales and marketing asset library to ensure all documents are up to date and consistent, including internal sales and marketing literature, introductory letters, employee bios, presentations, and technical proposals, etc.
¨ Support marketing efforts for annual special events, which include developing digital communications, educational content, and event planning.
¨ Work with Sales Staff to develop new customer prospects in the market segments designated by business sales goals.
¨ Support new customer outreach activities such as lunch and learn, open house, remote or in-house training/presentations, and trade shows.
¨ Assist in and/or perform client presentations
¨ Attend trade group meetings and trade show events as required.
¨ Assures adherence to company and customer safety policies and procedures, supports company vision, mission, and goals, and complies with standards of conduct and appearance.
SKILLS/EDUCATION:
¨ High school diploma
¨ Bachelors degree in Engineering, Marketing, or related field with minimum 2-5 years experience in a technical sales/marketing role required; Experience in AEC industry preferred.
¨ Fluent in MS Office Suite of products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator is preferred.
¨ Copywriting skills are a plus.
¨ Results oriented, self-motivated and organized to successfully complete high-quality and accurate projects on time with high attention to detail
¨ Outstanding ability to develop positive relationships with customers and internal cross-functional teams.
¨ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
¨ Ability to work well both in a collaborative team environment as well as independently.
¨ Demonstrated understanding of marketing materials development, web-page/web-space advertising, marketing campaigns
¨ Ability to learn quickly and retain information
¨ Excellent problem-solving skills
¨ Ability to adapt to rapidly changing schedules and priorities and work under pressure
¨ Excellent organizational skills with good attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
