About the Role:

Position: Email Maketing Specialist

Location: Remote (USA)

Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Email Marketing Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing outbound communications across multiple audiences, including consumers (B2C) and business partners (B2B).

This is a 30-hour-per-week position with flexible scheduling (4-5 days per week preferred) and the opportunity to contribute to the growth of our customer engagement and partner communication strategies.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. 2+ years of experience with email marketing and email campaign deployment.
2. Hands-on experience with enterprise-level Email Service Providers (ESPs) such as Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Braze, Act-On, or similar platforms.
3. (Constant Contact or Mailchimp experience is acceptable but less preferred.)
4. Strong understanding of email deliverability best practices, templates, customer segmentation, and tracking.
5. Experience conducting email audits, QA testing, and reporting.
6. Proficient in using Google Drive, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
7. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
8. Comfortable working independently with high attention to detail and documentation discipline.
9. No freelancers or small business marketers — candidates must have corporate or enterprise-level experience.

Salary Range: $ 41,000 - 43,000 Annually - Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
