Title: Production Support Engineer

Location: Remote

Duration: 12-month Contract

Reporting to the Solutions Delivery Director, the Production Support Engineer will be responsible for triaging and resolving production tickets from internal and external partners.

Technical Skills: PHP, Jira, SQL, Python, PowerShell, CI/CD Pipelines, AI IDE

Required Skills & Experience:

1. Using the trouble ticketing system, manage the daily flow of issues.
2. Respond to the requests for application support from business, operations and customers
3. Identifies and diagnoses complex problems and factors affecting production functionally as well as performance
4. Manage issue resolution in production environment for the application landscape
5. Support and perform change tasks per instructions from application teams in production
6. Monitor job alerts and respond timely

Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of strong multi-discipline experience, with a preference for production support and incident resolution
2. Bachelor’s degree required, with a preference for advanced degree holders with a focus on engineering sciences, business administration, information technology or equivalent experience
3. Exceptional verbal, written and organizational skills; cross-cultural/language proficiency a plus; high energy and positive attitude required
4. Ambiguity Tolerant and demonstrates a strong ability to multi-task in an environment of constantly changing priorities
5. Pushes self and others to think about new innovation and ways to reduce production support tickets by application area
