Established Northeastern MA. Ready Mix concrete company is seeking a central dispatcher. Ready-mix experience preferred, but not required.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Communicating with customers on the phone and with email
• Take new, or modify existing concrete orders as needed
• Schedule orders and work with other dispatchers to minimize overbooking and delays
• Maintain a series of reports relative to service
• Dispatch ready mix trucks to job sites

Qualifications:

• Excellent computer skills

• Ability to keep thorough notes
• Ability to keep calm in critical situations
• Open to change in a dynamic work environment
